OnGrid, a leading digital trust and background verification platform, today announced the acquisition of Reczee, a recruitment technology company offering an agentic Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The acquisition marks a strategic step in OnGrid’s broader effort to strengthen how organizations manage trust, accountability, and compliance across the employment lifecycle.
As hiring becomes faster, more distributed, and increasingly compliance-driven, organizations often face a disconnect between early hiring decisions and downstream verification, onboarding, and workforce governance. OnGrid’s expansion upstream addresses this gap by bringing greater continuity and structure to how hiring flows into trust and compliance processes.

Founded in 2016 by IIT Bombay alumni, OnGrid operates across digital trust, safety, and compliance. Its solutions spanning background verification, identity checks, KYC, and KYB are used by over 4,000 organizations, with more than 1 billion verifications and transactions processed to date.
With this acquisition, OnGrid extends its presence earlier in the hiring journey, allowing organizations to bring recruitment workflows closer to the trust and compliance systems that follow. This reduces dependence on fragmented tools and manual handoffs, while improving visibility and governance across hiring, onboarding, and workforce operations.
The addition supports OnGrid’s long-term focus on enabling organizations to move quickly without compromising on control, auditability, or regulatory readiness, particularly in high-growth and regulated environments.
